Ts'uubaa-asatx Youth Community Centre

A youth community centre featuring a great hall, kitchen, gym, and daycare spaces, as well as a youth activity space. The project is located on the traditional territory of the Ts'uubaa-asatx nation near Lake Cowichan. The proposed design includes a two-level building with monoslope shed and flat roof profiles with mounted photovoltaics. Other design features include a double height glazing, a feature stair, and expressed glulams and round timbers
