Sunset Drive Studio

A west coast inspired studio on a steep ocean-front lot on the coast of Salt Spring Island. The design features open glazing lines on the waterside of the property to maximum the ocean-views and natural light.  Constructability and schedule were key considerations for this design in order to allow the Client to move on to the site as soon as possible.
