Sunset Drive House and Studio

A West Coast inspired house and studio on a steep ocean-front lot on the coast of Salt Spring Island. The design features open glazing lines on the waterside of the property to maximum the ocean-views and natural light.  Constructability and schedule were key considerations for the studio design in order to allow the Client to live on site while the house is in progress.
