Pine Street Residence

A beautiful timber frame residence featuring an interesting combination of traditional haunched mortise and tenon joints and modern, self tapping heavy timber fasteners. Workshop is currently engaged in the detailed design of this structure, which includes a rigorous review of the earthquake lateral system to ensure full code performance while protecting the wonderful open spaces and large windows.
