Kelsey Creek Residence

This striking single family home features vertical windows for natural light, tall ceiling heights in the main gathering spaces, a floating feature staircase, and a generous covered patio space. Workshop worked closely with the design team to ensure the flat soffits, open clerestory windows, and offset walls are accommodated gracefully to preserve the original design intent. The structure features a cast-in-place basement level with light wood framing above plus select structural steel elements.
