Bridgeview House

Cowichan Station, British Columbia

Featuring a two-storey timber frame addition to an existing, 1907, heritage home, this project was carefully constructed to maintain the essence of the original home while fully upgrading the structure to meet current code requirements. The structural engineering process included close collaboration with the timberframe team and an agile design process to effectively accommodate the many little adjustments that are needed when carrying out a revitalization.
