This Pacific Northwest custom home includes a flowing, modern, open space layout that utilizes south facing glazing to maximize natural light. The client's goal to keep the south face as open as possible has remained paramount while designing the structural system and it's seismic restraint system. The design details, including large areas of planted green roof, speak to the beautiful property and it's natural surroundings in North Vancouver.
